Resetting A NeonCRM Constituent/Member Password

Instructions for Admin Users: #

  1. Login to your NeonCRM account
  2. In the top navigation, use the search bar to find the member whose password you want to reset
  3. Once the user appears in the search results, click on the Edit button for that user
  4. On the user’s profile page, write the new password for the user.
  5. Click save.
  6. Make sure the member has their new password.

Instructions for Constituents/Members: #

  1. Navigate to your login page.
  2. Click “Forgot Password“.
  3. Complete the dialog fields.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Check your email inbox for a password reset email.
  6. Set your new password and save.
  7. Attempt login again.
  8. Contact system administration if unsuccessful.
