  • How do I reset my password?

    Log into your CSDIAI Member Account. Log in if you haven't already.

    Desktop: Click "Change Password" on the left sidebar.

    Mobile: Click "> Dashboard" in the upper left of your screen. Select "Change Password" from the slide-out menu.

    Complete the fields in the Change Password dialog and click "Submit"

  • How do I recover my password?

    Reset your password by clicking HERE .

Membership

  • How can my employer pay all of our memberships in a bulk payment?

    Send an email to the Secretary Treasurer requesting that your agency be group billed. Include the following items:

    • Agency Name
    • Billing Contact first and last name and email address. The billing contact need not be a CSDIAI member.
    • Names of all CSDIAI members to be attached to the Agency's record.

    Once established, the Billing Contact will be able to pay in bulk for all members, as well as add and drop memberships as required.
