Contract Review Committee

General Information #

The committee is comprised of the following:

  • Chairperson – Immediate Past President and Current Executive Committee Chairperson
  • 3 Members (preferably Past Presidents) Appointed to a 3 Year Term – One representing each of the three geographical areas as defined in Article VI, Section 4 (Geographical Representation) of the Constitution of this Association.

Committee Duties #

  • Review all potential Annual Educational Seminar hotel contracts while keeping in mind the best interest of CSDIAI.
  • Review all contracts put forward to the committee for input while keeping in mind the best interest of CSDIAI.
  • Make recommendations to the proposed contract provider (typically a Vice President but may be President or Sergeant-At-Arms) of discrepancies within the drafted proposed contract.
  • All contracts and agreements are to be provided to the Secretary-Treasurer no later than 10 calendar days after being signed by the Association officer accepting said contract.
  • All contracts are to be retained for a minimum of seven fiscal years
