General Information #

The committee is comprised of the following:

• Oversight – Third Vice President (will rotate yearly)
• Chairperson – Junior or Senior Director Preferred (not required by Bylaws)
• 3 or more members appointed to 1 year term

Committee Duties #

• Obtain copies of and consider any and all laws, passed or pending, before Federal, State or Local legislative bodies which relate to CSDIAI members.
• Between CSDIAI meetings, keep the President and Chairperson informed of any legislation that might need immediate action by the Executive Committee.
• Prepare a report for the Executive Committee Meetings and General Business Meeting of new Laws and/or Legislation.
