Starting the Login Process #

• Step 1: Visit https://office.com/signin.
• Step 2: Enter your full email address.
• Step 3: Enter your password.
• Step 4: Click the “Sign In” button.

Already Signed In to Another Microsoft 365 Account? #

No problem, you can use multiple M365 accounts concurrently. In the upper right corner of your screen, hover over your name or initials/photo icon. In the dropdown, select “Sign in with a different account”. Login as normal. You can then switch between accounts.

If you are logged into an M365 organization which has configured the Sign in with a different account option off, you can open a new private or incognito browser tab and log in as outlined in the 4 step process above.

Common Login Issue #

If you are having difficulty logging in, here are some common issues and suggestions:

• Incorrect Password: Make sure you are entering the correct password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
• Account Locked: If your account is locked, you may need to contact support.microsoft.com to have your account unlocked.
