I am wondering what other agencies use a Raman Spectrometry device (TruNarc, Tactic ID, etc.) to presumptively test drugs, either out in the field by the officers or in the lab? If you do, how does your DA support the use of it with new case law? What other alternatives are you using to presumptively test drugs with all the dangers?
